DA VID ALWARD BILL Spending Announcement Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: 1 During a by-election, the government shall not an- nounce any government spending solely applicable to the riding where the by-election is being held. 2 This Act comes into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation. Loi sur les annonces de dépenses Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée legislative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Lors d’une election partielle, le gouvernment ne devra pas effectuer des dépenses seulement pour la circonscrip- tion dans laquelle il y a eu une élection partielle. 2 La présente loi entre en vigueur à la date fixée par proclamation.
