OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Human Rights Act dated January 30, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 22 of

Chapter 214 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Human Rights Act , is pleased to:

a) appoint Vishal Bhardwaj of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a commissioner of the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission for a term commencing April 7, 2015, and ending December 2, 2017;

b) appoint Deepak Prasad of Port Hawkesbury, Inverness County, as a commissioner of the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission for term commencing April 7, 2015, and ending December 2, 2017;

c) determine that Vishal Bhardwaj be paid remuneration at the rate of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each half day spent at duly called meetings of the Commission; and

d) determine that Deepak Prasad be paid remuneration at the rate of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each half day spent at duly called meetings of the Commission.
