Chapter 28 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1996, the Real Estate Trading Act, and clause 18(1)(
c) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to appoint Graham Poole to act in the stead of the Superintendent of Real Estate, Marie Mullally commencing February 7, 2000 and ending March 31, 2001.
