I, Selina Robinson, Minister of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills, order that the Private Training Regulation, B.C. Reg. 153/2016, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Section 17 (4) (

a) of the Private Training Regulation, B.C. Reg. 153/2016, is repealed and the following substituted:

(

a) must, within 24 hours after the institution receives notice of the inspection,

(

i) be posted in a prominent place at the location where the inspection is to be conducted, and

(ii) be posted on the institution’s website, if the institution has a website, and .

Section 48.2 (4) is repealed and the following substituted:

(4) A certified institution must post,

(

a) in a prominent place at each location at which the certified institution operates, a copy of the statement of rights in every language in which the instruction of an approved program is provided at that location, and

(

b) on the institution’s website, if the institution has a website, a copy of the statement of rights in every language in which the instruction of an approved program is provided.

Section 62 (1) is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(a.1) be posted on the institution’s website, if the institution has a website; .
