Order in Council 2152/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 3301/92, dated November 5, 1992, Dr. Trevor A. Hearnden was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

Whereas Dr. Trevor A. Hearnden has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective May 1, 2017;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 3301/92, dated November 5, 1992, appointing Dr. Trevor A. Hearnden as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
