Order in Council 487/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 855/2015, dated June 23, 2015, Dr. Dybesh Chandra Regmi was appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

whereas Dr. Dybesh Chandra Regmi has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective December 31, 2015;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 855/2015, dated June 23, 2015, appointing Dr. Dybesh Chandra Regmi as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
