On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 2 of the Financial Services Tribunal Act, 2017 ,

Ed Skwarek of Oakville

be re-appointed as a part-time member of the Financial Services Tribunal for a fixed term of three years commencing on March 18, 2022.
