OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Workforce Development dated April 13, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 466 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Theatres and Amusements Act, is pleased to: (
a) approve the delegation of the power of film classification in the form of an Order in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (
b) fix the remuneration for the individuals delegated the power of film classification pursuant to paragraph (
a) at $50 per half day plus reimbursement for actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by the individuals in carrying out their film classification duties.
