CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Teachers’ Life Insurance (Government Contributory) Act (Assented to May 11, 1983) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Teachers’ Life Insurance (Government Contributory) Amendment Act, 1983. Rev. Stat. c. T-8,

section amended Subsection 5(4) is amended: (

a) by adding “on the grounds of age and service” after “granted”; and (

b) by adding “insurance” after “continued”. Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day of assent but is retroactive and is deemed to have been in force on and from September 1, 1982. UNEDITED REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN Printed by the authority of THE QUEEN’S PRINTER
