chapter 101 of the Revised Statutes, 2014, is amended by add- ing after

Occupational Health and Safety Act

a) an organization to deliver the educational pro- gram,

Regulation under the Occupational Health and Safety Act Règlement pris en vertu de la

Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission and Workers’ Compensation Appeals Tribunal Act

Section 8 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission and Workers’ Compensa- tion Appeals Tribunal Act,

chapter W-14 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1994, is amended 6(1) L’article 8 de la

chapitre W-14 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 1994, est modifié (

a) in subsection (1)

b) and substituting the following: (

e) provide to the Lieutenant-Governor in Council a description of the recruitment, assessment and selec- tion process used and the results of those processes.

b) or (b.1) may request a review of that deci- sion, order or ruling. 19.11(1) Quiconque est directement touché par une dé- cision que rend la Commission en vertu de l’ali- néa 21(1)a),

a) by striking out “subsections (1.1) and (2)” and substituting “subsections (1.1), (1.11) and (2)”;

Workers’ Compensation Act

Loi sur les accidents du travail 7(1)

Section 1 of the Workers’ Compensation Act,

chapter W-13 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by repealing the definition “Canada Pension Plan” and substituting the following: 7(1) L’article 1 de la

chapitre W-13 des Lois révisées de 1973, est modifié par l’abrogation de la définition de « Régime de pen- sions du Canada » et son remplacement par ce qui suit : “Canada Pension Plan” means the Canada Pension Plan,

chapter C-8 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, and any regulations under that Act, and includes the Québec Pension Plan; (Régime de pensions du Can- ada) « Régime de pensions du Canada » s’entend du Ré- gime de pensions du Canada,

chapitre C-8 des Lois révi- sées du Canada de 1985, ainsi que de ses règlements d’application et s’entend également du Régime des rentes du Québec; (Canada Pension Plan) 7(2) Subsection 38.22 of the Act is amended 7(2) L’article 38.22 de la Loi est modifié (

a) by repealing subsection (14) and substituting the following:

TRANSITIONAL PROVISION AND COMMENCEMENT DISPOSITION TRANSITOIRE ET ENTRÉE EN VIGUEUR Transitional provision Disposition transitoire 8 Despite any inconsistency with a provision of this Act, if the process for the appointment of a member of the board of directors of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission was commenced under the provisions of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission and Workers’ Compensa- tion Appeals Tribunal Act before the coming into force of this section, the appointment process shall be dealt with and the person appointed as though

section 8 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Com- mission and Workers’ Compensation Appeals Tribunal Act had not been amended by this Act. 8
