OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated July 11, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Ralph Ripley of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, Nelson Blackburn, Q.C., of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality and Jon Cuming of Kentville, Kings County, as adjudicators of the Small Claims Court for a term of one (1) year effective on and after August 16, 2011; and (

b) re-appoint Greg Turner of Berwick, Kings County, Augustus Richardson, Q.C., of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, and Walter Thompson, Q.C., of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as adjudicators of the Small Claims Court for a term of five (5) years effective on and after August 16, 2011.
