OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing dated March 2, 1999, pursuant to
Section 124 of
Chapter 6 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Agriculture and Marketing Act, is pleased to: (
a) approve the appointment by the Apple Maggot Control Board of the following persons as Apple Maggot Inspectors, each for a term commencing April 1, 1999, and ending March 31, 2002: Norma Collett of R.R.#3, Waterville, Kings County; Clayton Greene of New Minas, Kings County; Harry Crouse of Port Williams, Kings County; Helen Arenburg of Kentville, Kings County; Arthur Knowlton of R.R.#2 Centreville, Kings County; Arnold Lemmon of Kentville, Kings County; and Myrna Blenkhorn of Kentville, Kings County; (
b) determine the rate of remuneration to be $70 per day plus expenses for all Apple Maggot Inspectors with the exception of Myrna Blenkhorn, Norma Collett and Helen Arenburg as they are remunerated by their employers and the nature of this work is part of their employment responsibilities.
