OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for

Part I of the Gaming Control Act , dated November 23, 2020 , and pursuant to

Section s 12 and 15 of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Gaming Control Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Robert Carruthers of Milford, Hants County, as a member of the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation for a term of three years commencing December 18, 2020; and (

b) order that Robert Carruthers be remunerated for his service in the amount of $250 per meeting and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses actually incurred in fulfilling his duties as member, provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service.
