Order in Council 1232/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Roger Rodrigues was reappointed a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of three years, effective January 5, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 1783/2016;

And

whereas Roger Rodrigues tendered his resignation effective May 1, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 1783/2016 be revoked effective May 1, 2018.
