An Act to Amend the Gasoline and Motive Fuel Tax Act Loi modifiant la Loi de la taxe sur l’essence et les carburants Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et du consentement de l’Assem- blée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, décrète : 1 Subsection 3(1) of the Gasoline and Motive Fuel Tax Act,

chapter G-3 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by striking out “14.5 cents” and substituting “10.7 cents”. 1 Le paragraphe 3(1) de la Loi de la taxe sur l’essence et les carburants,

chapitre G-3 des Lois révisées de 1973, est modifié par la suppression de « 14.5 cents » et son remplacement par « 10.7 cents ». COMMENCEMENT ENTRÉE EN VIGUEUR This Act shall be deemed to have come into force on October 4, 2006. 2 La présente loi est réputée être entrée en vigueur le octobre 2006. 1 EXPLANATORY NOTES NOTES EXPLICATIVES

Article Texte de la disposition actuelle : 3(1) Every consumer of gasoline shall pay to Her Majesty in right of the Province for the public use of the Government a tax of 14.5 cents on each litre of gasoline purchased or consumed by the consumer except aviation fuel. 3(1) Tout consommateur d’essence doit payer à Sa Majesté du chef de la province, pour l’usage public de l’Administration, une taxe de 14.5 cents sur chaque litre d’essence qu’il achète ou consomme sauf dans le cas du carburant d’avion.
