Order in Council 177/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 110(2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 ,

Johanne Cavé of Gatineau, Québec

be reappointed as part-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board for a fixed term of three years, effective March 7, 2021.
