Order in Council 1423/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Mike Chopowick was appointed as part-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective July 13, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 992/2023;

Whereas Mike Chopowick was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective July 13, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1005/2023;

And

whereas Mike Chopowick tendered his resignation effective July 5, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to

section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act and subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Orders in Council O.C. 992/2023 and 1005/2023 be revoked effective July 5, 2024.
