Order in Council 562/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Algonquin Forestry Authority Act , David J. Stewart , of Cobden, be reappointed as a part-time member and redesignated as Chair of the Algonquin Forestry Authority, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective from the 22nd day of March, 2017.
