OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated December 3, 2001, and pursuant to clause 3(

a) and

Section 4 of

Chapter 192 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act, is pleased to: (

a) extend the appointment of Larry Doane of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Chair of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission for a term of office commencing December 15, 2001 and ending March 14, 2002; (

b) extend the appointment of Linda Moreash of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Secretary of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission for a term of office commencing December 15, 2001 and ending March 14, 2002; and (

c) extend the appointment of the following persons as members of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission, each for a term of office commencing December 15, 2001 and ending March 14, 2002: Donna Foulkes of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; Bill Stone of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Michele Wood-Tweel, CA, of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality.
