Notice of Protected Water Supply Area

under the

Environment Act

Under the authority of

section 10 of the Environment Act,

I designate the area generally known as the Port au Port West Water Supply Area

for the Community of Port au Port West as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference 370,000 5,377,000 41 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres to the commencement point.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 297 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 825 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 2 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 575 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 65 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 97 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 575 metres

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 194 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,025 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 229 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 225 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
