Order in Council 1000/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 8.10(1) and 8.10(2) of the Trillium Gift of Life Network Act , Jean-Robert Bernier of Manotick be appointed as a part-time member of the Board of Directors of the Trillium Gift of Life Network to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective the date this Order in Council is made to and including April 8, 2022.
