OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated August 6, 2008, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 of
Chapter 130 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Disabled Persons' Commission Act, is pleased, effective August 19, 2008, to appoint Faizal Nanji of the Department of Health as a member of the Disabled Persons Commission for a term of two years.
