B.C. Reg. 331/2007, deposited November 8, 2007, pursuant to the BRITISH COLUMBIA RAILWAY ACT [Sections 45 (2) and 52 (8)]. Order in Council 737/2007, approved and ordered November 8, 2007.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) the Subdividable Property Designation (Leo Creek) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 18/2007, is repealed, and

(

b) of the properties described in

Schedule A, the portions of those properties that are identified by bold outline on the map attached as

Schedule B are designated as surplus property as those portions do not relate to the provision of revitalization rail services.
