Order in Council 65/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 70(2) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 ,

Patricia Ostapchuk of Port Dover

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Consent and Capacity Board for a period of three years, effective January 28, 2017 to and including January 27, 2020.
