OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated July 13, 2004, pursuant to Sections 2(a), (b), (e), 6, 16(1)(

b) and (

g) and 34(1)(

f) of

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and subsection 9(1) of the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Financial Assistance Regulations, N.S. Reg. 133/2001 made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2001-525 dated November 6, 2001, is pleased to: (

a) consent to Nova Scotia Business Incorporated providing financial assistance to Federal Gypsum Company, in an amount not to exceed $4,500,000 and providing a Lease on lands at Point Tupper as outlined in the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated July 13, 2004; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
