OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 23, 1999, pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 355 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Primary Forest Products Marketing Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Eric Williams of R.R.#1 Barney's River, Pictou County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Primary Forest Products Marketing Board, as a person experienced in the sawmill industry, for a term of office of two years commencing February 14, 1999; and (
b) reappoint Sherman Mason of Tangier, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Primary Forest Products Marketing Board, as a person not engaged in the production, marketing or processing of primary forest products, for a term of office of two years commencing February 3, 1999.
