Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated January 14, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 25J(4) of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and

Section 18 of

Chapter 325 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, and all authority in him vested, is pleased to, effective January 16, 2014: (

a) revoke the appointment of Sandra McKenzie as Chief Executive Officer of the Office of Immigration; and (

b) appoint Catherine Blewett as Chief Executive Officer of the Office of Immigration.
