Order in Council 1235/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 131(2) of the Police Services Act, as amended, Timothy Reparon of Toronto is hereby appointed as a member of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission to serve for a period not extending beyond March 31, 2022, effective from the date this Order in Council is made.
