OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated February 5, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and
Section 59C of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to enter into an agreement with Enterprise Cape Breton Corporation ("ECBC") on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia providing for a Provincial contribution in an amount not to exceed Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) towards environmental assessment, planning and engineering design costs associated with the proposed Sydney Harbour Dredging Project.
