OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated March 16, 2016, and pursuant to Sections 7 and 45 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act , is pleased to approve of amendments made by the Public Service Commission to the Kilometrage Rates, Monthly Allowances and Transportation Allowances Regulations , N.S. Reg. 395/2007, made by the Public Service Commission and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2007-521 dated September 28, 2007, to provide that the rate for personal use of a government-owned vehicle be established by reference to the Canada Revenue Agency fixed per-kilometre rate for personal use as amended from time to time, effective on and after March 31, 2016.
