Order in Council 1148/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

And

whereas Maria Tassou tendered her resignation effective August 15, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 ,

section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act , subsection 27(1) of the Expropriations Act , subsection 24(1) of the Ontario Heritage Act , subsection 1(2) of the Environmental Review Tribunal Act, 2000 , subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 , subsection 6(2) of the Ministry of Natural Resources Act , subsections 333(2) and 151(2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 , subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code , subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , subsection 57(1.1) of the Education Act , subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , subsection 16(2) of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act , subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 , subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 699/2019, 702/2019, 709/2019, 718/2019, 738/2019, 727/2019, 706/2019, 725/2019, 732/2019, 745/2019, 750/2019, 696/2019, 721/2019, 734/2019 and 742/2019 be revoked effective August 15, 2019.
