Order in Council 728/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas David Mungovan was appointed a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective January 18, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 70/2018;

And

whereas David Mungovan tendered his resignation effective April 2, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 70/2018 be revoked effective April 2, 2019.
