Order in Council 759/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Safer Roads and Communities Act, 2024

May 19, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Safer Roads and Communities Act, 2024 , c. 21, which amend the Highway Traffic Act , come into force:
