OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated April 15, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to: (

a) designate the Apprenticeship Training Division of the Skills and Learning Branch, Department of Labour and Advanced Education, as a special operating agency, to be known as the Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency, effective as of July 1, 2014; and (

b) establish an operating charter for the Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency in the form set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective as of July 1, 2014.
