OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated December 3, 2003, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Sharen M. Oickle, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 89-1322 dated November 21, 1989, while employed with Power, Dempsey & Cooper; and (
b) appoint Sharen M. Oickle Ackerley of Bridgewater, Lunenburg County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
