Order in Council 416/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Keri Selkirk was appointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective June 1, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 731/2023;

And

whereas Keri Selkirk tendered her resignation effective February 24, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 731/2023 be revoked effective February 24, 2024.
