OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated January 27, 2012, and pursuant to

Article 6 of the Agreement and Declaration of Trust dated May 1, 1985, between Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of the Province of Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Government and General Employees Union, as amended by Agreement dated November 10, 2004, is pleased to reappoint Cathy Rankin, Benefits Manager, Public Service Commission, as a Trustee of the Nova Scotia Public Service Long Term Disability Plan Trust Fund, for a third term of 3 years, effective February 21, 2012.
