OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister in charge of the administration of the Civil Service Act, the Minister of Human Resources, pursuant to subsection 10(1) of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) designate John Buckley as deputy head within the meaning of the Civil Service Act for all purposes in respect of English language campuses of the Nova Scotia Community College; and (

b) designate Real Sampson as deputy head within the meaning of the Civil Service Act for all purposes in respect of French language campuses of the Nova Scotia Community College.
