Order in Council 1241/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 70(2) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 ,

June Bell of Barrie

be reappointed as a part-time Lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board for a period of two years, effective September 6, 2016 to and including September 5, 2018.
