Order in Council 112/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Dawn Kershaw was appointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 108/2018 dated January 24, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act , Dawn Kershaw of London be appointed a part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
