Statute: Peggy’s Cove Commission Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated August 18, 2024, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 339 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Peggy’s Cove Commission Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Peter Haslett of Halifax Regional Municipality (Peggy’s Cove) as a member of the Peggy’s Cove Commission for a term of two (2) years commencing September 5, 2024; (

b) reappoint Judy Dauphinee of Halifax Regional Municipality (Peggy’s Cove) as a member of the Peggy’s Cove Commission for a term of two (2) years commencing September 5, 2024; and (

c) reappoint Nicole Campbell of Halifax Regional Municipality (Peggy’s Cove) as a member of the Peggy’s Cove Commission and designate her as Chair, for a term of two (2) years commencing September 5, 2024.
