An Act to Amend the Municipalities Act Loi modifiant la

Section 27 of the Municipalities Act,

chapter M-22 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended 1 L’article 27 de la

Loi sur les municipalités, chapi- tre M-22 des Lois révisées de 1973, est modifié (

a) by repealing subsection (1) and substituting the following:

a) par l’abrogation du paragraphe (1) et son rem- placement par ce qui suit : 27(1) The Minister shall raise the money required for the provision of services, including the costs of administration attributable to those services, for a local service district by taxation within the local service district in accordance with the Real Property Tax Act. 27(1) Le Ministre réunit les fonds nécessaires pour la fourniture des services, laquelle comprend les frais d’ad- ministration afférents à ces services, pour un district de services locaux par voie d’imposition dans ce district à laquelle il est procédé en conformité avec la

b) in subsection (2) by striking out “local service district” and substituting “local service district, includ- ing the costs of administration attributable to those ser- vices,”;

Section 27.01 of the Act is amended 2 L’article 27.01 de la Loi est modifié (

a) by repealing paragraph (1)(

a) and substituting the following:

a) prepare an estimate of the money required for the provision of services, including the costs of adminis- tration attributable to those services, for a local service district,

b) in subsection (2) by striking out “of the money required for the provision of services for a local service district”.

Section 190.082 of the Act is amended 3 L’article 190.082 de la Loi est modifié (

a) by repealing subsection (1) and substituting the following:

e) by repealing paragraph (5)(

a) and substituting the following:

CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENT AND COMMENCEMENT MODIFICATION CORRÉLATIVE ET ENTRÉE EN VIGUEUR Real Property Tax Act

Loi sur l’impôt foncier 5 Subsection 4(1) of the Real Property Tax Act,

chapter R-2 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is repealed and the following is substituted: 5 Le paragraphe 4 (1) de la
