OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated June 12, 2015, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to:

a) amend Order in Council 20l3-222 by removing the words “Jean Louise Sharp of Bakersfield, California, United States of America” and replacing them with the words “Shirley Lynn Crawford and Allan Sherwood Crowe of Chester, Lunenburg County, Nova Scotia, their heirs, successors and assigns”; and

b) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
