Statute: Prescription Monitoring Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated December 13, 2012, and (

a) pursuant to clause 7(1)(a), subsections 7(3) and (5), and

Section 10 of

Chapter 32 of the Acts of 2004, the Prescription Monitoring Act, is pleased to: (

i) appoint Zachary Fraser of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth), as a member of the Nova Scotia Prescription Monitoring Board for a term of three (3) years commencing on January 15, 2013; (ii) appoint Marco A. Chiarot of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth), as a member of the Nova Scotia Prescription Monitoring Board for a term of three (3) years commencing on January 15, 2013; (iii) appoint Lillian E. Berry of Port Hawkesbury, Inverness County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Prescription Monitoring Board for a term of three (3) years commencing on January 15, 2013; and (

b) pursuant to clause 7(1)(f), subsections 7(3) and (5), and

Section 10 of

Chapter 32 of the Acts of 2004, the Prescription Monitoring Ac t, is pleased to: (

i) appoint Carolyn J. Davison, Halifax Regional Municipality (Hammonds Plains) as a member of the Nova Scotia Prescription Monitoring Board for a term of three (3) years commencing on January 15, 2013; (ii) appoint Judith Fisher of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as a member of the Nova Scotia Prescription Monitoring Board for a term of three (3) years commencing on January 15, 2013.
