Order in Council 691/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jean-Paul Pilon was reappointed a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of two years, effective February 21, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 1850/2016;

And

whereas Jean-Paul Pilon tendered his resignation effective March 28, 2018

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 1850/2016 be revoked effective March 28, 2018.
