Order in Council 587/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Rayonier A.M. Canada G.P., by its general partners, Rayonier A.M. Canada Industries Inc. and Rayonier A.M. Canada Enterprises Inc. , a general partnership existing under the laws of Ontario (the “ Company ”), desires to continue to operate a forest resource processing facility in Temiscaming, Quebec (the “ Facility ”);

And

whereas the supply agreement numbered 536225 currently held by the Company was approved by Order in Council 1385/2002 and amended by Order in Council 345/2004 (the “ Supply Agreement ”);

And

whereas the Supply Agreement requires the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council in order for the Minister of Northern Development, Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry (the “ Minister ”) to renew the Supply Agreement;

Now therefore , pursuant to

section 11.1 of the Supply Agreement, the Minister is hereby given approval to renew the Supply Agreement with the Company for one year for a supply of Crown forest resources, being a maximum annual target volume of 168,600 cubic metres, to be made available to the Company for use at the Facility.
