a) Thomas Dunne is appointed a Communications Officer in the Correspondence Branch, Office of the Premier, being a position which will require the incumbent to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council; (

b) Thomas Dunne be paid at grid of the Management Job Evaluation Plan, with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category B appointments in Order in Council 806/89; Minister of Multiculturalism and Presiding Member 6f the Immigration and Minister Responsible Executive Council for the Public Service (This
