OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated April 27, 2005, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and all other authority in him vested, is pleased to authorize the President of the Executive Council to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of the State of Louisiana, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
