OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated January 12, 2007, pursuant to sections 2(a), (b), (d), (e), 6, 16(1)(

b) and (g), of

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and its Regulations,

section 6(1), and to sections 59A(

a) and 59C(1) and 1(

A) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Board of Directors' decision to provide financial assistance to A.F. Theriault & Son Limited by way of guarantee(

s) in an amount not to exceed $1,650,000.00, on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated January 12, 2007; (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
