OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business dated March 10, 2016, and pursuant to paragraphs 105 and 109 of the Articles of Association of Waterfront Development Corporation Limited is pleased to: (

a) appoint Michael Roberts of Halifax Regional Municipality (Bedford) as a voting member of the Board of Directors of Waterfront Development Corporation Limited for a second term of four (4) years commencing May 3, 2016 and ending May 2, 2020, and (

b) appoint Lydia Bugden of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a voting member of the Board of Directors of Waterfront Development Corporation Limited for a second term of four (4) years commencing May 3, 2016 and ending May 2, 2020, and (

c) authorize the payment of $150.00 per day to Michael Roberts and Lydia Bugden for work involving the Waterfront Development Corporation Limited.
